Please read all Terms & Conditions before using this Site.  By using this site, Users indicate their agreement to Terms & Conditions and you represent/warrant that you are at least the Age of Majority in your Province.  If the User does not agree to Terms & Conditions contained, they may not access or use this Webstore.  All prices displayed on this site are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Delivery – Proof of Legal Age

Shipping options are within Canada only.  Packages are shipped via Canada Post and require ‘Age Verification’ upon delivery to the Purchaser (Both Purchaser and Signee (if different than Purchaser) must be of Legal Drinking age in the Province receiving shipment). We will only deliver or ship liquor to persons above the minimum drinking age who are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Two pieces of ID (including one piece of government issued photo ID with proof of age) are required for completion of liquor delivery. We can only deliver or ship to locations where liquor may be legally possessed and consumed.

Shipping Time

All orders will be processed for delivery within 2 business days of a confirmed ‘Purchase Order’.  Delivery time varies, but is typically between two to nine business days depending on location and the shipping service selected. The signee of the package must be of the legal drinking age in the province receiving the shipment.

Shipping Guarantee

Macaloney’s Caledonian Brewery & Distillery guarantees the safe delivery of products. Special care is taken to ensure orders are wrapped and packaged appropriately for shipment. In the unlikely event of breakage occurring during shipping, please contact us at info@macaloneydistillers.com.

Returns and Refunds

Once processed by our team, online orders cannot be refunded. All sales are final.

Order Acceptance, Amending Orders and Quantity Limits

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.  On occasion, there may be an order that may have to be cancelled in part or in full due to inventory levels – items that are deemed “SOLD OUT”.  A member of our team will contact customers if all or any portion of an order must be cancelled and confirm if the Buyer wishes to proceed with a partial order.

Provided your package has not already shipped, every effort will be made to amend your order request.  Please email info@macaloneydistillers.com.  If the order has already been shipped, no adjustments can be made.

Cancelling your Order

Provided the shipment on your order has not been scheduled, we can cancel your order and refund your card. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be refunded.

Out of Stock Items

Some of our whisky releases and seasonal beers will run out of stock from time-to-time. We recommend following our social media accounts (@twadogsbrewery & @victoriacaleodniandistillery) and subscribing to our newsletter below to stay informed of restocks and re-releases.

Shipping Risk

By entering in your shipping information and completing the purchase, you are responsible for knowing and adhering to the rules and regulations of shipping liquor to your jurisdiction. You bear all risks associated with the shipment and are solely responsible for remitting any applicable taxes or fees in your jurisdiction.

Payment

All payments are processed through Square. Square does not store any personal information and will accept all major credit cards.
